International payments restrictions

The Bank shall be entitled to reject or postpone the execution of the Client's Order whose execution might be contrary especially to (i) law of the Slovak Republic and law of the country of the intermediary bank or (ii) business policy of intermediary bank (see links bellow). Due to reasons mentioned in the previous sentence the Bank shall also be entitled not to accept payments to the payee’s account. The Client hereby acknowledges that from the above mentioned reasons a payment may be returned or withheld by an intermediary bank.

General terms for the users of Komerční banka, a.s. internet pages

1. Basic information

The Operator of internet pages is Komerční banka, a.s. (hereinafter only "the Operator") that is, mainly pursuant to Act No. 618/2003 Coll., on Copyright Law, on Rights Related to This Law (The Copyright Act), authorized to exercise property rights to relevant internet pages.

The Operator hereby issues conditions for the use of internet pages (hereinafter only "the Conditions"). These conditions pertain each and every person that intends to use or is already using pages (hereinafter only "the User").

2. How to use pages

The Operator can fully or partially condition, in terms of the Act No. 428/2002 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended, an access to pages demanding some personal data of the User. In such case, the Operator is obliged to dispose of respective data in conformity with applicable laws but always so that any detrimental impact to any related person would be prevented.

Without Operator's approval, the User is authorized to use pages (whole or single parts) for his personal needs exclusively. Usage for any other purpose is subject to previous approval of the Operator in accordance with the Copyright Act. Access and utilization of pages for personal needs is free of charge.

It is forbidden to interfere anyhow into the technical basis or into the contents of the pages without Operator's approval. Only the Operator is authorized to decide about modifications, removals or amendments of any parts of those pages.

3. Operator's responsibility limitation

Some information published on pages are taken from other sources considered reliable by the Operator. Nevertheless, the Operator is not responsible for the correctness, completeness and recency of published information.

The Operator is not responsible for any eventual damages incurred to any users in connection with the usage of pages. The Operator is not responsible for any publicity or any other kind of advertising carried on by a third subject via these pages. The Operator is not responsible also for the content of www pages owned by any third subjects that can be visited via pages.

4. Third-Party Web Beacons

We use third-party web beacons from Google to analyze the visitors behavior on this site.

5. Final provisions

Publication of any data or information on pages cannot be considered as an act establishing a legal relation between the Operator and the User unless it is stipulated otherwise in any single case.

The Conditions can be modified or amended exclusively by the Operator.
The Conditions for the usage of pages are effective as of the date of their publication. The Conditions were published on 15. 3. 2005.
