Upgrading the service

Upgrading from 1.22 version to new version 1.23

Preparation for upgrade is possible to ensure by:

  • Downloading of whole upgrade file at once. The file will be available on this website from 7th March, 2016.
  • Sequence downloading of partial upgrade files. These files will be automatically downloaded to your PC every time you will log in to the bank between 9th March, 2016 and 16th March, 2016.
Method 1: Single download of complete upgrade file (recommended method)
  1. Download this entire upgrade file pcb_1_23.exe to any folder of your PC. This file is about 1,9 MB large.
  2. After you finish the download, run the file and follow steps which appear.
  3. Your application is prepared for upgrade to the new version after you get a message about successful finishing of the process.

This way of preparation has following advantages:

  • You will not need to download any other additional files after login
  • If you have the application installed on more than one PC, it is possible to copy this file to each of them without need of downloading of the complete file on each PC.

You can download and run this file at any time, but it is recommended to do so before 9th March, 2016, when distribution of partial files starts.

Method 2: Distribution of partial upgrade files

The complete upgrade file is divided to 6 partial files. These files will be automatically released to your PC every day when you login to the bank between 9th March, 2016 and 16th March, 2016 in following terms:

If you download and run the complete upgrade file between 9th March - 16th March, 2016 no partial files will be then downloaded to your PC and you will be prepared for upgrade to the new version.

If you will not login to the bank in terms of downloading of partial files (and you will not apply complete upgrade file), next time you will login to the bank, all previous partial files will be downloaded to your PC.

Upgrade process

The upgrade process will be launched on 19th March, 2016 centrally from the bank. When you login to the bank after this term, upgrade of application will start automatically. You only need to confirm message about upgrading the application and then will start upgrade process which will last a few minutes.

A user with administrator's access to the specific station must run the procedure on stations using MS Windows XP, MS Windows Vista, MS Windows 7, MS Windows 8, MS Windows 8.1 or MS Windows 10 operating systems (ideally, the network administrator).
